Meet Danaë, a flight attending yogi based in the Macedon Ranges. Offering the gift of yoga, meditation and energy work to others.
With a background of beauty therapy and her passion for the energetic body Danae has infused touch therapy skills into her yoga practices and energy healing treatments.
Danae holds a welcoming space (wherever she may be) sharing things that have assisted her to heal and grow within her own unique journey striving to inspire others in developing their own true mind, body & soul connection.

Classes are smaller sizes allowing for a more personalised experience and are suitable for all levels. Varying in Hatha & Yin based yoga.

Treatments that are designed to Heal & Nourish the soul. With the infusion of various healing elements and touch therapies, restoring balance within.
Each treatment begins with a relaxing herbal foot soak & guided meditation & winds down with chats, snacks & herbal infusion tea.
SOUL NOURISHMENT: Experience total relaxation & rebalance with gentle hands on energy work, sound healing, chakra crystal alignment, face & scalp acupressure massage.
RELEASE: Many energetic points are in the face, scalp and feet. Soften tension in the body with the healing touch of acupressure neck, shoulder, face, scalp and foot massage.
FLOW: Full body brushing stimulating the flow of the lymphatic system followed by a relaxing application of essential oil infused moisturiser.
MASSAGE: Gentle relaxation massage, reducing stress, improve circulation creating calm.
UNIQUE YOU: Not sure what you are needing? no stress! we can work it out together. I often end up mixing and matching different elements to design a nourishing treatment just for you. These might include, reiki, massage, acupressure, foot reflexology, body bushing, guided relaxation, herbal scalp treatment.
RETREAT YOGA FOR TWO: A special private yoga & meditation session for two allowing time out to reconnect. Includes reconnection through the practice of yoga, meditation & healing touch therapies. Enjoying plenty of time to relax with tea & treats after your session.
PRIVATE YOGA: Individualised yoga session to suit your personal needs, a great start for beginners or those wanting to enjoy the healing and beauty in a personalised session.
